2. Services Provided

Monthly Driver Dubai provides drivers only — we do not provide vehicles.
Our drivers are available on a monthly contract basis, and drive client-owned cars.
Service areas include (but are not limited to): Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, JBR, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Al Barari.
Each driver is trained, experienced, and verified to ensure safety and professionalism.

3. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm the monthly driver service.
Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or online payment (if applicable).
Once the booking is confirmed, our team will assign a suitable driver based on your requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

By hiring a driver through Monthly Driver Dubai, you agree to:

Provide a valid vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance for your car.
Ensure the vehicle is in safe driving condition.
Treat the driver with professionalism and respect at all times.
Not assign the driver for any illegal or unsafe activities.
Notify our team immediately in case of schedule changes, driver performance issues, or accidents.

5. Driver Conduct and Replacement

All drivers are screened, trained, and verified before assignment.
If you are not satisfied with a driver’s performance, you may request a replacement.
Replacement requests are subject to availability and company review.
Monthly Driver Dubai reserves the right to reassign or replace a driver at any time for operational or performance reasons.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the monthly contract start date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative or service charges.
No refunds will be issued for partial use or mid-month cancellations, unless approved by management.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Monthly Driver Dubai is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or traffic fines arising from the use of the client’s vehicle.
Clients must ensure their car insurance covers third-party and driver use.
While we verify our drivers’ experience, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unforeseen incidents, road conditions, or third-party actions.
